- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals.
- Document treatment and assessment data following departmental and institutional guidelines.
- Identify opportunities for professional growth through training, education, and supervision of students or assistants.
- Maintain licensure and ethical standards per APTA code and Missouri Practice Act.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Missouri or via PT Compact multi-state privilege.
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to evaluate and treat patients effectively.
- Commitment to ethical practice, ongoing learning, and professional development.
- Physical ability to perform active, hands-on treatment and patient mobility tasks.
- Administer treatments requiring licensed clinician skills.
