We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate, plan, treat, and implement patient care in accordance with professional standards and organizational policies.
- Responsibilities include: Conducting therapy evaluations, developing personalized treatment plans, delivering evidence-based interventions, educating patients and caregivers, managing discharge planning, and handling administrative duties such as documentation, billing, and scheduling.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and referring physicians to ensure optimal clinical and financial outcomes.
- Supervising support staff and demonstrating professionalism and effective communication.
- Possibly serving as a clinical instructor or participating in departmental committees.
- Current license to practice in the state.
- Education from an accredited physical therapy program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate).
- Additional certifications such as BLS or basic life support as required by department.
- Experience or ability to work flexibly across departments, with strong communication and professionalism.
