Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care tailored to individual patient needs
- Follow clear care plans and physician orders
- Ensure patient safety and comfort in home settings
- Collaborate with a team including respiratory therapists for training and support
- Utilize an easy-to-use portal for scheduling and communication
- Active Colorado RN license
- Current BLS CPR certification (in-person)
- Experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, vent management
- TB Skin or Blood Test clearance
- Bi-weekly pay, PTO, flexible scheduling
