Role: The Travel CT Tech operates CT scanners to produce diagnostic cross-sectional images, prepares and positions patients, ensures safety and image accuracy, maintains equipment, and collaborates with radiologists and healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities: Set technical parameters, provide high-quality images, adhere to safety standards, troubleshoot equipment, document procedures accurately, and deliver compassionate patient care. Adapt to different protocols and perform other assigned duties within scope.
Qualifications & Skills: Requires at least one year of recent CT experience, valid radiology license, current BLS certification, critical thinking, interpersonal, technical, and physical abilities, plus visual acuity. Preferred ARRT certification and additional licenses are advantageous.
