- Providing expert orthopedic care to service members

- MD or DO degree from an accredited U.S. or eligible foreign institution
- Valid medical license and eligibility for board certification
- Completion of approved orthopedic surgical training
- At least one year of graduate medical internship
- U.S. citizenship and age between 21-42 (waivers possible)
- Expertise in orthopedic surgery techniques
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
