- Evaluating patients’ functional status, home environment, and developing individualized care plans.
- Teaching daily living skills, fabricating splints, and instructing in adaptive equipment use.
- Providing patient and caregiver education, participating in discharge planning, and supporting care transitions.
- Supervising Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
- Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program and registered with the American Occupational Therapy Association.
- Minimum of two years clinical experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, current CPR certification, and valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
