Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN licensure according to state regulations
- BLScertification, with ACLS certification obtained within one year
- CRRN certification within one year of meeting eligibility
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field preferred
- Minimum of two years recent inpatient hospital experience
- Previous leadership experience, such as charge nurse or lead capacity, responsible for interim reporting, issue resolution, and accountability for patient and staff results
- Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or units
- Support staff development, performance management, and discipline
- Assist in developing personalized care policies and procedures
- Ensure seamless communication between teams and leadership
- Participate in patient care when needed, focusing on recovery and satisfaction
