Key Responsibilities: Develop and revise curricula, plan and evaluate educational sessions, conduct clinical competency assessments, and coordinate preceptorship and mentorship programs. Assess learning needs and recommend ongoing education to support professional growth. Maintain accurate records of educational activities and learner outcomes. Ensure compliance with policies and standards.
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Master's preferred), active RN license, and clinical nursing experience. Preferred certifications include ACLS, BLS, and NRP. Experience in clinical education and nursing leadership is advantageous. Must possess strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Familiarity with EHR systems and commitment to continuous learning are essential.
