Key Responsibilities
- Assist in patient care tasks such as obtaining vital signs, administering injections, and medication administration.
- Perform clinical duties independently and efficiently under delegation.
- Ensure compliance with established clinical policies and safety standards.
- Support a patient-focused, respectful, and collaborative care environment.
- Graduate of an accredited medical assisting program, registered medical assistant program, or military medical training, or have at least one year of clinical MA experience.
- Current Washington Medical Assistant Certification and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
- Healthcare and medical assistant experience preferred.
- Strong clinical skills, communication, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to perform clinical tasks accurately and professionally.
