- Provide compassionate, individualized nursing care in a senior living community.
- Maintain nursing standards, implement policies, and document resident care, including skin and fall prevention plans.
- Assess residents, record pertinent information, and document medication administration.
- Act as team leader and supervisor, supporting communication with residents, families, and staff.
- Ensure resident call lights are answered and attend team care conferences as needed.
- Offer oral instructions to nursing assistants and support staff.
- Current Ohio LPN license and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication, assessment, and supervision skills.
- Onsite presence required.
- Implement nursing care policies and procedures.
- Assess and document resident conditions accurately.
- Provide leadership and support to the care team.
- Support resident safety and well-being through preventive plans.
- Part-time evening shifts on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with pay based on experience plus shift differentials.
