Responsibilities include: responding to residents, families, and staff with courtesy and care; following nursing standards and facility policies; supervising and evaluating direct resident care; managing shift reports; conducting daily resident rounds; and initiating corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications: MA LPN license, BLS certification, flexibility in work assignments, with long-term care experience and PCC experience as bonuses.
