Responsibilities include: Managing a diverse case mix such as general, cardiac (including CABG and valve surgeries), dermatology, ENT, GI, GYN, neurosurgery, ophthalmology, orthopedics, plastics, podiatry, pulmonary, thoracic, radiology, urology, vascular, and obstetrics cases with approximately 1,080 deliveries annually.
Key duties: Deliver anesthesia care, handle on-site procedures, and provide beeper call coverage with negotiable requirements.
Qualifications and skills: Board certification required; experience in a variety of surgical specialties; ability to manage complex cases; supervision/medical direction experience preferred.
Additional details: Support staff includes physicians and CRNAs; patient population encompasses all ages; no prescriptive authority needed; staffing model involves supervision; support provided through a dedicated clinician deployment team.
