Responsibilities: Assist RNs with patient care tasks, including vital signs, medical history documentation, phlebotomy, EKGs, and medication administration. Support patient flow, ensure accurate documentation, and collaborate with the healthcare team. Engage in quality improvement, maintain clinical compliance, and promote a positive patient experience using service principles like CARES and LEARN. Communicate effectively with patients and staff, support patient-centered care, and participate in professional development activities.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an LPN program with current NYS licensure, ability to multitask, manual dexterity, and physical stamina. BLS certification preferred. Must communicate effectively across all organizational levels and demonstrate professionalism and empathy.

Ensures adherence to policies and contributes to positive patient interactions and team collaboration.
