- Provide comprehensive post-surgical care to adult patients, including assessments, IV and medication administration, pain and wound management, and patient education.
- Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced, acute care environment.
- Ensure patient safety, prioritize patient-centered care, and support positive surgical outcomes.
- Current RN license.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented setting.
