Position Overview: Seeking a travel Occupational Therapist to provide acute care therapy in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities: Evaluate patient needs, develop and implement treatment plans, execute therapy techniques, and document progress to help patients regain daily living skills and independence.
Qualifications: Must hold a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program, an active Alaska OT license, OT certification, and at least 1 year of experience. Skills in acute care, clinical abilities, and familiarity with EPIC EMR are preferred.
Key Duties: Deliver evidence-based therapy, assess patient progress, and collaborate with healthcare teams in a dynamic hospital environment.
Additional Requirements: Active certifications including OTR and BLS, SSN and DOB submission, and recent work history with no more than 90 days of gaps in the past year.
