Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage clinical programs, services, and staff in line with policies and regional directives.
- Support agency growth in home care services.
- Serve as a clinical expert, assisting with operational and financial management.
- Investigate client complaints and ensure quality care through regular home visits.
- Recruit, hire, and identify training needs for clinical staff; evaluate programs for improvement.
- Supervise all clinical staff (RN/LPN/CNA), conduct evaluations, and oversee case management to ensure financial viability.
- Manage caseloads as needed for client coverage and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Registered Nurse licensure in the practice state.
- Active CPR certification.
- Preferred: 3 years RN experience in healthcare, bachelor’s degree, Medicare Skilled Nursing experience, and understanding of OASIS.
