Conduct preventative maintenance, diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, and repair or replace faulty components.
Operate mobile equipment and service vehicles, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and assist in training team members.
Follow safety policies, purchase parts as needed, and provide on-site support at various locations.
Qualifications And Skills
Minimum of one year truck mechanic experience, strong understanding of truck systems, proficiency with power tools, welders, and maintenance software.
Knowledge of standard maintenance procedures, ability to read and communicate effectively in English, and ability to work collaboratively.
Experience with concrete mixers, aggregate haul trucks, and specific software (preferred).
Must supply personal tools and adhere to safety standards, including PPE usage.
