Role And Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of ready-mix trucks and heavy equipment to ensure safety and reliability.

Conduct preventative maintenance, diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, and repair or replace faulty components.

Operate mobile equipment and service vehicles, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and assist in training team members.

Follow safety policies, purchase parts as needed, and provide on-site support at various locations.

Qualifications And Skills

Minimum of one year truck mechanic experience, strong understanding of truck systems, proficiency with power tools, welders, and maintenance software.

Knowledge of standard maintenance procedures, ability to read and communicate effectively in English, and ability to work collaboratively.

Experience with concrete mixers, aggregate haul trucks, and specific software (preferred).

Must supply personal tools and adhere to safety standards, including PPE usage.

Key Duties

Install, maintain, and repair machinery and systems; diagnose malfunctions; operate service trucks; perform preventive maintenance; weld and fabricate parts; maintain organized work areas; and support safety compliance.

This full-time, field-based role is outdoors, requiring physical activity and safety precautions. The position offers competitive pay and benefits, emphasizing safety and professional growth.
