Located in East Greenbush, the practice includes 13 providers offering comprehensive care for all ages, from newborns to seniors.
Responsibilities include managing routine illness, injury, chronic conditions, preventive health, immunizations, physicals, and sick visits.
Additional duties involve shared call rotation, collaboration with advanced practitioners, teaching medical students and NP/PA students, and potential involvement in hospital medicine or leadership roles.
Qualifications include board certification, NYS license and DEA, excellent clinical and communication skills, and a passion for primary care.
