Job Title: Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Role And Responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient family medicine care in a Federally Qualified Health Center setting
  • Manage an average of 18 patients per day
  • Work scheduled shifts of 10 hours, Sunday to Wednesday
  • Fulfill scope of practice within outpatient clinic environment

Qualifications And Skills

  • Active Washington state medical license
  • Board Certified in family medicine or related specialty
  • BLS or ACLS certification
  • DEA license
  • Ability to obtain credentialing within 3 weeks

Key Duties

  • Deliver quality patient care with a focus on family medicine
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members
  • Maintain compliance with licensing and certification requirements
