- High School Diploma
- Flexible schedule
- Personable, understands and able to work with all middle school students
- Support the program and coaching staff, be a good teammate
- Able to lead, plan and coach a team of athletes.
- Organized and able to use technology to run the middle school X-Country program.
- Communicates well written and verbally.
