Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or RN to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor resident vital signs and report any changes in condition.
- Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding resident care.
- Maintain accurate resident records using electronic health record systems- Point Click Care.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality.
- Assist with pain management strategies for residents.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident care outcomes.
Experience
- Valid LPN or RN license in the state of practice.
- Previous experience in long term care preferred.
- Familiarity with care plans.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
