Plains is looking for an organized and adaptable Administrative Assistant to join our Trucking group in Williston, North Dakota. What You’ll Do
- Prepare and organize reports for budget forecasting, volume tracking, overtime, and other operational needs.
- Manage office correspondence, process invoices, and maintain accurate filing systems.
- Order equipment and supplies to keep operations running smoothly.
- Maintain safety handbooks and assist with compliance assurance.
- Ensure timesheets are accurate and submitted on time.
- Coordinate employee training schedules and travel arrangements.
- Serve as a welcoming point of contact at Reception when needed and route calls appropriately.
- Support facility upkeep and assist with special projects as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in an administrative or office support role.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and excellent attention to detail.
- Attributes: Analytical thinker, proactive problem solver, and effective communicator who can interact confidently with internal teams and external partners.
Additional Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract.
- Ability to pass background checks and comply with drug and alcohol policy, including pre-employment D&A testing.
