Hours:
- Full-time: 8 hours per day, 12 months
- Monday - Friday
- Work Hours: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
Description:
- Assist with maintenance at four high school buildings
- Minor maintenance to include: ballast replacement lighting fixtures, vacuum breakers on toilets and urinals, filter and belt replacement on ventilation equipment, rodding of sewer lines, insulation of piping systems, and ceiling and floor tile replacement.
- Building energy management systems checking of mapped points
- Minor weekday maintenance emergencies
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Abiltiy to work in a "team environment" with others
- Posses excellent work ethics in order to provide safe and secure facilities for students and staff
- Must have sufficient physical abilities to lift, bend, stoop, and climb to complete all duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess a Valid Illinois Drivers License
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Pass a Criminal Justice Fingerprint / Background Check
- Provide a certificate of good health signed by a licensed medical provider
- Knowledge of Electric, Plumbing, HVAC, Pumps, Motors, Boilers, Refrigeration & Carpentry desireable
