What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Greet visitors and provide a strong first impression
- Answer and route calls on a multi-line phone system
- Handle mail, data entry, and clerical tasks
- Support customer service and internal teams
- Keep the front office organized and running efficiently
- 1-2 years of customer service, receptionist, or admin experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office
Work Environment & Requirements
- Office-based, front desk / receptionist environment
- Daily use of computer, phone, copier, and office systems
- Occasional work in our sample room which requires you to lift up to 25 pounds
- Requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
