4 Senses Luxury Home Services is looking for a friendly, mature, organized, and responsible individual to join our team. The person in this position will provide the vital connection between our customers and house cleaning teams.
Responsibilities:
maintaining clients' relationships with follow-up phone calls
Responding to the emails/calls
book cleaning appointments and a recurring cleaning schedule- Optimize every technician’s day: strategically route technician travel
- Take customers' calls and accommodate reschedules
- Communicate with customers about the schedule change. Desired Skills and Experience:

- Must have at least 2 years of Customer Service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Must be an outgoing, persistent, and goal-driven individual
- Professional and courteous
- Must be comfortable communicating with clients and making "soft" sales over the phone.
- Reliable and detail-oriented with a proven track record of exceptional customer service and results-oriented methods
- Experience with multiple industry tools and programs such as Google Sheets/Docs/Chrome, CRM’s
- Highly proficient in computer skills
Minimum Qualifications: 2 years of customer service experience, some computer skills, database use, email, articulate, friendly, quality voice

Monday to Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm

Daily capacity met
Outstanding customer rapport and relations
Minimal change for the customer
Optimized schedules for all FT employees (full schedule daily)
Minimum chaos (forgotten keys, work orders, unconfirmed jobs, etc.
