Salary Range: $190K - $240K discretionary bonus

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on technology leader with deep expertise in network automation, analytics, and AI-driven operational solutions. This role will oversee a global team responsible for developing and delivering advanced analytics capabilities, centralized reporting frameworks, and self-healing automation that enhances stability, reduces downtime, and drives operational agility across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of network automation, analytics, and AI/ML-driven observability solutions.
- Manage a global team of engineers, analysts, and developers; foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and high performance.
- Implement self-healing and automated remediation capabilities to improve uptime and operational resilience.
- Drive the development of centralized reporting platforms and automation frameworks that improve visibility and reduce manual effort.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders across business and technology functions.
- Champion operational excellence and standardized processes across teams and platforms.
Required Qualifications
- 15 years of progressive experience in large-scale enterprise technology environments, with a track record of leading global teams.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols and network architectures.
- Expertise in automation, orchestration, and observability technologies, including:
- Terraform, Itential, NetDevOps methodologies
- Splunk, AI/ML analytics platforms
- Python, React JS, Django for custom application and automation development
- Database technologies such as MySQL and Redis
- Demonstrated success delivering advanced analytics, data science, and AI-enabled insights in production environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and organizational change management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Financial Services or other highly regulated industries.
- Knowledge of public and hybrid cloud networking environments.
- Familiarity with Agile / SCRUM processes and delivery methodologies.
