Compensation
- $84–$118 per visit/hour
- Compensation based on experience, location, and employment type
- Full-time, part-time, W-2, and 1099 opportunities
- Flexible caseloads available throughout Arizona
What You'll Do
- Evaluate pediatric patients and develop individualized plans of care
- Deliver physical therapy services in the home environment
- Monitor progress toward mobility and developmental goals
- Complete timely electronic documentation
- Educate caregivers on exercises and home programming
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary providers
- Build strong relationships with children and caregivers

Qualifications
Active Arizona PT or DPT license, CPR certification, AHCCCS ID, Article 9 certification, driver's license, dependable transportation, and strong communication skills.
Previous pediatric or home health experience is preferred but not required.
