Position Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations
- Develop treatment plans
- Deliver speech and language therapy
- Monitor patient progress
- Complete timely documentation
- Educate caregivers
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary providers
- Optional SLPA mentorship

Qualifications
Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist license, CPR certification, AHCCCS ID, Article 9 certification, dependable transportation, and strong interpersonal skills.
Pediatric and home health experience are welcomed but not required.
