PLACERVILLE UNION SCHOOL DISTRICT CLASSIFIED JOB DESCRIPTION YARD SUPERVISOR DUTIES: • Supervision of playgrounds, as specified by the individual schools. • Provide health related information to children and/or their parents. • Assist with the identification of at risk children and families and refer them to the proper agencies for services. • Prepare financial data and other data required for MAA claiming. • Attend MAA Time Survey and ongoing MAA program policy/procedures meetings. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: • Ability to respond to playground emergencies in an appropriate manner. • Ability to assist in organizing recreational activities during lunch periods. • Assist with appropriate discipline by referring problems to credentialed personnel in authority. • Within six months of employment, acquire and maintain certificates in First Aid and CPR.
