PAY RANGES FROM $275-$400 A DAY DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE / SKILL

Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain various roofing systems including metal roofing, single-ply membranes, and traditional shingles according to project specifications and safety standards
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for cutting, fastening, sealing, and finishing roofing materials
• Conduct roof inspections to identify damage or deterioration requiring repair or replacement
• Perform siding installation, stucco work, caulking, trim carpentry, and masonry tasks as needed for comprehensive building restoration projects
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high quality standards

Skills

• Proven construction experience with a focus on roofing installation and repair techniques
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials such as metal roofing, single-ply membranes, shingles, and flashing systems
• Skilled in the use of hand tools (hammers, chisels), power tools (nail guns, drills, saws), and fabrication equipment for precise work
• Experience with siding installation, stucco application, caulking techniques, framing carpentry—including metal stud framing—and masonry work
• Outdoor work experience with physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods on rooftops or scaffolding
• Ability to interpret technical schematics related to plumbing or electrical components when involved in restoration or remodeling projects
