We are working with an established commercial general contractor looking to add an Assistant Superintendent to its team in Albany, Oregon.
This is a great opportunity for an Assistant Superintendent, Field Engineer or Project Engineer who wants to continue developing their field leadership experience and take on greater responsibility on active commercial construction projects.
What You'll Be Doing
• Support day-to-day field operations and project execution
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site activities
• Assist with short-term scheduling and project planning
• Help maintain safety, quality and project standards
• Work closely with the Superintendent and Project Manager to keep projects moving
• Assist with inspections, documentation, punch lists and closeout
What We're Looking For
• Experience with a commercial general contractor
• Exposure to ground-up commercial construction preferred
• Assistant Superintendent, Field Engineer or Project Engineer experience
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Comfortable working on site and coordinating with multiple trades
• Motivated to develop into a Superintendent role
