What You'll Do:
- Prep and run the monthly team meeting agenda and materials
- Build weekly Power Up slides ahead of each session
- Manage and display the team's sales funnels for visibility and accountability
- Own agent onboarding and ongoing agent services
- Send the monthly team newsletter
- Complete Marketing Coordinator recurring tasks (social channels, content calendar, blog, agent social requests)
- Monitor office supply inventory and reorder as needed
- Manage the rhythm and setup for Call Night, Prospecting Day, and Inventory Creation Day
- Own database management tasks (lead routing, hygiene, Gabbi and auto plan enrollment audits)
- Track all financial receipts and submit to the finance team on schedule
- Plan and execute 3 in-person client events per year, plus 4 or more virtual events or giveaways, all done at a high level to drive referral business
- Manage Open House scheduling, sign up sheets, and auto plan application
- Oversee the Transaction Team's day to day execution, including a VA who completes much of the file work
- Support recruiting through job ad posting and refreshing, calling recruits, and scheduling appointments for the Team Operator
- Run weekly Individual Agent Scorecards and audit lead distribution to catch gaps before they cost the team a closing
- Set the team's cultural temperature through regular, positive agent check-ins and the Team Love recognition process
- Generate reviews and referrals from clients during and after every transaction
- Create and maintain the team's Operations Playbook, documenting every system that doesn't live inside Brivity
- Keep the Team Operator informed of challenges as they arise, and bring a proposed solution alongside every problem
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions and ongoing PLACE and Brivity training
Skills and Character Necessary:

Required Background:
- Prior work history that demonstrates the ability to plug into and improve existing systems
- 1 years experience in an operations or administrative role
- Real estate or Brivity experience is a plus, not a requirement
Other Details:
- Compensation depending on experience, $45,000-52,000 per year with bonus opportunities
- In-house work model with flexibility for occasional remote days and vacation planning
- Supported by a dedicated VA for recurring task execution, and by a Transaction Team you'll oversee directly
