Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences
- Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings to potential buyers
- Assist clients in negotiating offers and contracts to ensure favorable terms and smooth transactions
- Stay up-to-date with local market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments in the DC area
- Collaborate with the Chris Colgan Team to develop effective marketing strategies for listings on Zillow and other platforms
- Manage all aspects of the sales process from initial consultation to closing, ensuring timely communication and documentation
- Utilize CRM tools and technology to track leads, follow-ups, and client interactions efficiently
- Valid real estate license in the District of Columbia
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a licensed Realtor preferred
- Proven track record of successful real estate transactions in the DC area
- Strong knowledge of the DC real estate market, including neighborhoods near DC Streetcar
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
- Proficient with Zillow and other real estate listing platforms
- Familiarity with CRM software and real estate marketing tools
- High level of professionalism and customer service orientation
- Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Strong networking skills and local community connections
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and real estate education

Salary : $90,000 - $125,000
