If you're a flat-rate tech, you already know the math: your income is only as good as the work in front of you. At a lot of shops, that's the problem — you're fast, but you're sitting.
PKW Motorwerks isn't that shop.
We're a production-driven European service center — Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, VW — with strong car count, high ARO, and a workflow built to keep your bays full. If you can turn 50 hours, we'll give you the volume and the jobs to do it.
What you'll do:
- Diagnose and repair European vehicles accurately and efficiently
- Knock out work orders with a focus on flag-hour production
- Use proper diagnostic tools to cut downtime and bill clean
- Work with advisors who actually sell the job and keep things moving
What we're looking for:
- A proven track record of consistent flat-rate production
- European experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Low comebacks, high-quality work
The pay and the setup:
- $23–$55 per flag hour, uncapped — $100K–$150K is on the table
