PKW Motorwerks is hiring an experienced flat-rate technician to work on Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, and other European vehicles. We're a production-driven shop with strong car count, high ARO, and an organized workflow built to keep your bays full.
What you'll do:
- Diagnose and repair European vehicles efficiently and accurately
- Produce strong flag hours with minimal comebacks
- Use diagnostic tools to reduce downtime and maximize billed hours
- Communicate with advisors to keep jobs moving
What we're looking for:
- Proven flat-rate production (50 hours consistently)
- European experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Efficient time and workflow management
Compensation & benefits:
- $23–$55 per flag hour, uncapped ($100K–$150K potential)
