Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
- Stock shelves, coolers, and merchandise displays.
- Prepare coffee and basic hot food items following company procedures.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Receive deliveries and rotate inventory (FIFO).
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist customers with products and services.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or convenience store experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Dependable, honest, and punctual.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
