We are seeking a driven Part Time Leasing Agent with experience in property management to join our team!
$18 per hour

Responsibilities
- Market our fast-growing Apartment Homes.
- Oversee and coordinate all real estate transactions
- Facilitate lease signings
- Host open houses and other community events
- Uphold community policies and procedures
- Verify and approve all prospective applicants following all fair housing laws
- Upkeep of the community grounds and apartment interior
Qualifications:
- Lease experience preferred
- Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields a plus
- Affordable housing experience preferred
- Rural Development experience preferred
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases a plus
- Ability to build rapport with residents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be willing to work some Saturdays.
