What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Leasing Consultant position at DHS Management?
Established Property Management Company is seeking a leasing consultant who shares our vision of excellent customer care and professionalism for our Premiere Apartment Community located in Auburn Hills, MI.
This position is Part-Time with a max of 24 hours.
Duties will include but are not limited to the following:
- Lease apartments to prospective residents
- Process Applications for Leases
- Prepare leases and complete lease signings
- Answer phones, provide customer service to residents
- Assist Property Manager as needed
- Applicant must be highly motivated, organized, energetic and be able to provide excellent customer service.
- This is a part-time position.
- Computer knowledge is necessary. Knowledge of MRI Property Management software program is a plus.
