Job Description:
PJW Speech and Language Therapy, Inc. is looking for an energetic, collaborative, and experienced speech-language pathologist (SLP) to join our team for home based speech therapy. We provide services for pediatric and adult populations in Orange County, Los Angeles County, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. Scheduling is flexible and you can determine how many clients you want to see per week/month with a minimum of 5-10 sessions per week. Evaluations and therapy sessions are done in the clients’ homes and virtually through a HIPAA compliant platform.
We are looking for a speech-language pathologist who is experienced working with the pediatric population in the following areas of speech and language:
- Early intervention (Ages 0-3 years)
- Articulation/phonology
- Language delays
- Autism spectrum disorders
- Augmentative-alternative communication (AAC) communication (Preferred, but not required)
- Pragmatic language delays/disorders (Preferred, but not required)
We also provide 1:1 mentoring and shadowing to provide a smooth transition process, teamwork and collaboration when working with clients in their homes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Professional liability insurance
- Proof of SLP licensure in California and auto insurance
- Driver’s license
- Willingness to travel to clients’ homes
