We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Onboarding Compliance Specialist to manage employment documentation and new hire activities across multiple locations. This role ensures all paperwork requirements are met, supports smooth hiring sessions, and provides a positive first impression for all new employees. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, bilingual (English & Spanish), and comfortable traveling between worksites during the evening hours.
Key Responsibilities
· Facilitate new hire processes, including completion and review of all required employment paperwork.
· Ensure all paperwork requirements are accurately met, including employment eligibility documentation in compliance with federal regulations.
· Conduct or support employee orientation sessions, presenting company policies, procedures, and workplace expectations.
· Travel between designated company locations to meet staffing and compliance needs.
· Maintain accurate records and submit documentation in a timely manner.
· Serve as a first point of contact for new employees with questions about policies, processes, or benefits.
· Collaborate with HR leadership to ensure consistent practices across all sites.
· Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support HR and operational needs.
Qualifications
· Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
· Prior experience in human resources, compliance, or new hire processes preferred.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of management and staff.
· Proficiency with computers and mobile devices.
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
· Must have a valid driver’s license and safe driving history.
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
· Comfortable presenting to small groups of new hires.
Physical/Other Requirements
· Ability to travel between multiple sites during scheduled work hours.
· Occasional lifting or carrying of materials for orientation sessions (up to 20 lbs).
