We're looking for a reliable, hardworking Prep Cook to join our team in White Bear Lake!
At our coal-fired pizza restaurant, we make scratch recipes fresh daily, including dough, sauces, dressings, and prep items. We're looking for someone who takes pride in quality ingredients and being part of a fast-paced kitchen team.
Responsibilities:
- Daily food prep and ingredient preparation
- Following scratch recipes and kitchen procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Assisting with inventory and stocking
- Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods
Qualifications:
- Kitchen or prep experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
