- Monitor budgets, address variances, and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Assist in developing and managing the request for information and submittal process.
- Lead project teams, conduct regular meetings, and promote a collaborative work environment.
- Enforce quality standards and resolve project quality issues.
- Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and address challenges proactively.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and ensuring satisfaction.
- Enforce safety protocols, conduct site inspections, and cultivate a safety-first culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore).
- Certifications (Preferred): PMP certification, OSHA 10-Hour Safety
