Project Manager - Commercial Construction

Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from inception to completion. This role is responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. The Project Manager will collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure successful outcomes while fostering strong relationships and a safety-first culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets; define project scope and goals with stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets, address variances, and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Assist in developing and managing the request for information and submittal process.
• Lead project teams, conduct regular meetings, and promote a collaborative work environment.
• Enforce quality standards and resolve project quality issues.
• Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and address challenges proactively.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and ensuring satisfaction.
• Enforce safety protocols, conduct site inspections, and cultivate a safety-first culture.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication abilities.

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore).
• Certifications (Preferred): PMP certification, OSHA 10-Hour Safety
