What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Design Specialist Internship position at Pizza Ranch?
Reports to
Director of Construction
Key Accountabilities:
- Assist with construction plan development for both new construction projects, refresh/remodel projects, and FunZone building additions
- Assist with process enhancements as it relates to plan and project development
- Other duties to be assigned
Qualifications, Skills, and/or Competencies:
- Beginner level Revit Competency
- Great attention to detail
- Eager to learn and work both independently and with team member supervision
- Interpersonal and communication skills to work with Franchisee Clients, General Contractors and Architect/Engineers
- Internship available starting immediately, length of internship to be determined
- Internship to take place at the Pizza Ranch Construction Department offices located in Downtown Orange City, IA
