Pizza Lucé Seward is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Pizza Restaurant Attendant to support daily restaurant operations and provide a welcoming experience for guests. This role involves assisting customers, supporting food and pizza service, maintaining clean dining and service areas, restocking supplies, and helping the restaurant team operate efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, professional service.
- Assist customers with menu questions, order details, and general restaurant requests.
- Support customer order-taking and communicate special requests to the appropriate team members.
- Assist with pizza, food, and beverage preparation and service according to established procedures.
- Deliver completed orders promptly and courteously.
- Support order assembly, packaging, and presentation.
- Operate the point-of-sale system and process transactions accurately as assigned.
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas, counters, service stations, and workspaces.
- Clear tables and help maintain a neat and welcoming guest environment.
- Restock food, beverages, packaging, utensils, napkins, and other restaurant supplies.
- Assist kitchen and front-of-house team members during busy service periods.
- Follow food handling, sanitation, cleanliness, and workplace safety procedures.
- Help maintain order accuracy, food presentation, and service quality.
- Communicate customer concerns, supply needs, and service issues to supervisors.
- Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and general restaurant duties.
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and properly stocked throughout each shift.
- Handle food, ingredients, supplies, and equipment carefully and responsibly.
- Support inventory organization and communicate low-stock items when needed.
- Work cooperatively with coworkers to maintain efficient restaurant operations.

Qualifications
- Previous pizza restaurant, restaurant, food service, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
