Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Take customer orders accurately and answer menu-related questions
- Assist with pizza preparation, topping, and order assembly
- Prepare and package customer orders for pickup or service
- Process customer payments accurately using the POS system
- Restock ingredients, packaging, beverages, and restaurant supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, counter, dining, and service areas
- Support kitchen and front-of-house team members during busy periods
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
- Assist with opening, closing, and general restaurant duties
- Address routine customer concerns and refer complex issues to management
- Perform additional restaurant duties assigned by management
Requirements
- Previous pizza, restaurant, food service, or customer service experience is an asset but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and multitask effectively
