Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook pizzas based on recipes and customer requests
- Ensure ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and used efficiently
- Keep the kitchen clean and organized while following food safety guidelines
- Support meal prep for catering orders when needed
- Work closely with team members to maintain smooth service during busy hours
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food quality
- Help manage inventory by tracking usage and reporting low stock
- Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred
- Knowledge of pizza preparation and general cooking techniques
