Position
We have steady day shift and night shift positions available, our bartenders do their own stocking and serving so there are no tip outs. Bartenders primarily work alone, when doing so keep 100% of the tips on busy nights we staff 2 bartenders during the peak hours, during those hours tips are split evenly. Bartenders are responsible for the bar patrons as well as all bar area tables.

Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options.
- Engage with guests in a friendly manner, offering recommendations and ensuring they have an enjoyable experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards.
- Process cash and card transactions accurately using Toast POS system.
- Restock bar supplies regularly to ensure smooth service during busy hours.
- Develop new beverage recipes and craft drinks that align with current trends and guest preferences.
- Manage bar inventory, monitor alcohol levels, and report shortages promptly.
Skills
- Proven experience in bartending, mixology, or hospitality industry roles
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, craft beer, and cocktail recipes.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests.
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy shifts.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices.
