Responsibilities

- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and slicing tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow recipes meticulously to ensure each pizza meets established quality standards.
- Manage multiple orders during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas in accordance with food safety procedures.
- Assist in menu planning by suggesting new pizza varieties and ingredient combinations.
- Ensure proper food handling and storage practices to uphold food safety regulations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food preparation, especially in pizza making.
- Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and proper kitchen hygiene practices.
- Strong knife skills and familiarity with operating various kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently in high-volume production environments while adhering to recipe guidelines.
