Pizza Bocca Lupo in San Jose, CA is looking for one prep cook to join our 14 person strong team.Pay is $18-$20/hr plus tips of $7-$10/hr.You will be working mostly lunch shifts 9:30am-1:30pm during the week; during weekend possibly longer. We are located on 87 North San Pedro Street 133. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and engaged.ResponsibilitiesFollow recipes and prepare dough, toppings, etcSanitize and prepare equipment and workstation for cookingWeigh and measure ingredientsMix, wash, peel, chop, grind, strain, slice meat and vegetablesBasic cooking functions such as kneading dough, and preparing saucesLabel stock and inventory all ingredientsTransfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areasMake and serve pizzasQualificationsAuthorized to work in the United States (we use E-verify; https://www.e-verify.gov/sites/default/files/everify/posters/EVerifyParticipationPoster.pdf)Able to lift 50lb.Ability to communicate and listen to team membersDedicated to working as a team towards one goalExperience as a Prep Cook a plusWe are looking forward to receiving your application.
