Cashier at LLC

Pizza Bocca Lupo in San Jose, CA is looking for a part-time cashier to join our 15 person strong team. You will be working short shifts of hrs, typcally 11am-1:30pm, Monday-Friday.

We are located on 87 North San Pedro Street 133. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working.

Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and hard-working. You need to be available during the holiday period (except Thanksgiving day, Christmas day and New Years day when we are closed)

Pay is $18.50 /hour, Tips are $6-$10/Hour. Total pay is $25-$28/hour including tips.

We are a Napoletana style pizzeria in downtown San Jose

We offer a free pie and soda drink per shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering and leaving the business
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area
• Accurately process all cash and credit payments
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Learn how to make pizzas in a wood fired oven.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States (we use E-verify; https://www.e-)
• Proven working experience as a cashier or in customer service
• Basic mathematical skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work weekends and holidays when required
• Servsafe certification and adhere to strict food hygiene standards
• Enjoy interaction with customers and understand they drive our business - without them we would not have a job
